I went out looking for dragonflies the other night and was just about give up, when I found this one just waiting for me as the sun was setting.

We had a few minutes that the feeder was covered with bees and the hummingbirds and bees were going at it. This little bee was not having any of the hummingbird.

We took down the feeder to clean and refill and this one went straight for the plant on the patio. I guess I need to take down the feeder more often. :)
Female Baltimore Oriole 💛
Look who stopped by the feeder this morning - I have never seen an Oriole here. The females are a beautiful yellow/gold color.
